The actress-cum-businesswoman's consumer goods brand was valued at nearly $2billion in its stock market debut last Wednesday, ten years after its official launch.

Exclusive DailyMail.com photos show Alba and husband Cash Warren celebrating the public offering in style in Magic City where they spent three days at a luxury beachfront resort.

The couple were spotted making the most out of the sunshine with daily trips to the beach, sunbathing by the hotel's VIP cabanas and playing football in the water.

Then at night they hit the town for a fancy dinner at one of Miami's most exclusive restaurants followed by a night of partying at a 24-hour nightclub.

Alba, who just turned 40 last month, showed off her stunning figure as she frolicked in the waves during a game of catch with Warren and a male friend on Saturday.

Alba kept it casual but trendy, sporting a satin green top that she matched with a geometric patterned skirt and draped a denim jacket over her shoulders.

And on Sunday, while most people were celebrating Mother's Day at home, Alba instead capped off the weekend by hitting up E11EVEN, a 24-hour nightclub with exotic dancers, in Downtown Miami, according to Page Six.

Sources told the gossip site Alba and Warren were joined by a group of friends at the club where they reserved a VIP booth. They were seen taking tequila shots and having a good time before finally leaving the venue around 4am.

The celebration comes just days after Alba had been in New York City where Honest had its stock market launch - during which it was valued at nearly $2billion.

Its stock, trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol 'HNST,' rose 7 per cent to close at $23.

The actress stopped by The Drew Barrymore Show on Friday where she spoke to the actress about taking her company public.

'I just I feel like this is the beginning of our next chapter and I'm just with my kids and my husband, it's been such a journey getting to this point and I'm just thrilled,' Alba said.

Asked by Barrymore whether she ever envisioned being a successful business owner as a child, Alba said: 'No, I mean I had this idea to create this company because it just made sense that people shouldn't have to choose between what works and what's good for them.

'And putting people's health and wellness and thinking about the planet and sustainability, and then also like diversity and inclusion and representation.

'And all of those values to me is really I think why we've been able to take the business to this point.'

The Honest Company was valued at $2.1billion after going public on the stock market last Wednesday.

'This is an incredible jump off into building a company that I hope will be around for 100-plus years,' Alba said in an interview Wednesday.

'Our growth, fueled by being public, will enable us to drive more product innovation and consumer accessibility,' added Alba, known for her acting roles in the film Fantastic Four and TV series Dark Angel.

Honest's offerings include eco-friendly baby products, vitamins, sunscreen lotions and sanitizers that are sold online and through partnerships with brick-and-mortar stores including Costco and Target.

Co-founded in 2011 by Alba, Honest is backed by investment firms Lightspeed, Fidelity and General Catalyst, among others.

Alba stepped down as chair of the board but remains a director of the board and is also the company's chief creative officer.

The company's IPO comes weeks after Alba celebrated her 40th birthday with a small party at her office in California.
